I initially contacted a plumbing firm who I had mistaken for Around the Bend, they didn’t come out to look at what the problem may be, just stated over phone that it would cost ******* cash only.
Once I realized I had the wrong plumber, I contacted Around the Bend and had someone come out first to see what I needed done. They then came with parts needed within the week and charged 1/3 less.
The work was thorough and all was explained to me.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company, they were terrific.

We were in dire straights when our toilet suddenly backed up the day before the long weekend, we have only the one toilet! Ryan was great to deal with when I called, and had soon organised one of their team to squeeze us in, and fix our problem. Glen arrived right in the time slot given, and was very pleasant, capable, and professional. He quickly discovered that plant roots had invaded our sewer pipes, and promptly removed them. He also advised me what action we need to take in the future, to ensure the sewer remains fully functional.
