We were in dire straights when our toilet suddenly backed up the day before the long weekend, we have only the one toilet! Ryan was great to deal with when I called, and had soon organised one of their team to squeeze us in, and fix our problem. Glen arrived right in the time slot given, and was very pleasant, capable, and professional. He quickly discovered that plant roots had invaded our sewer pipes, and promptly removed them.
